“So teach us to number our days, That we may present to You a heart of wisdom.” Psalm 90:12
This is a prayer of Moses that is simply saying, “Our lives are very brief — briefer than we tend to assume, and far too brief to waste.”
I try to teach people to recognize what is most precious and to savor and cherish it.
Rejoice in the life you have been given and make the most of it. As Moses prayed, it is God who looks on the heart and it reveals how we intend to spend such a precious commodity. In Jesus name, may we be wise.
